Built around REX 84 / continuity-of-government paranoia, the design points at the machinery of influence: lobby money, foreign-policy capture, surveillance, emergency powers, and the permanent bureaucracy that keeps grinding no matter who claims to be in charge.
Cold official symbolism meets red spray-paint dissent. The machine was built to continue. This shirt asks who it continues for.
